Shortly after came the console annoucement. The physics, handling, tire modeling all went straight H E double hockey sticks. There was 1 track and a Lotus (Elise?) Well into the Steam release it remained decent and then almost in one update, fell flat on it's face. IIRC, I had an install of AC in late 2012 and it was pretty good. I tried Assetto when it was still in Alpha? Beta? Long before their 'claimed' release date of 2014, and pre-Steam when it was offered up to netKar owners.
